based on that..i guess you guys want to see my FAN FICTION lol...well its not all completly found but heres the beginning...its quite long actually


C.D. was looking out of her bedroom window. It was getting light out, and she was wondering how late she must’ve been up last night trying to get to sleep. She glanced at the clock; it was 6:53. She would get up in a few minutes. She was going over the case she was working, a case about a woman that was raped. C.D. was hesitant about taking the case, but she told herself she was getting better, and that taking the case might actually help her. She was proud of the way she was handling it, it didn’t even seem like it bothered her that much, in fact it really was helping her She was wondering why she hadn’t been able to get to sleep that night, but she concluded it was useless. She climbed out of bed at 6:57 and walked into the bathroom. She looked in the mirror; it was obvious that she hadn’t gotten enough sleep. C.D. smiled, she didn’t care, and continued getting ready for work. Her alarm went off at 7:00, she had set it just in case she had ever overslept. ‘yea’ she said with a grin as she turned it off. C.d. finished getting ready and walked into the kitchen. She opened the fridge for something to eat, but nothing looked that appealing. She wasn’t that hungry anyway, which was unusual in the morning, so she gathered her things and just left for work.

As she was driving in her car, she couldn’t help but wonder about why she was acting so weird. Everything she had done so far was not like her usual routine, but stopped thinking about it as she pulled into her usual parking spot at the division. She took a deep breath as she stepped out of the car. It was cloudy, and the air was slightly chilly, but she thought it was still nice. As she walked toward the division, she noticed Nate’s car. She knocked on the hood with two fingers as she walked past it. As she strode into the division, she thought that things seemed different, but she thought nothing of it. ‘Hey’ she said to Nate as she sat her things down on her desk. ‘Oh hey c.d.’ Nate responded. ‘Nice day outside huh?’ she said. Nate gave her a weird look ‘Uh, it’s a little on the gray side, but I guess its ok.’ Nate grinned and CD exchanged the expression. A door opened, and Kate started to walk toward the two of them. ‘Anything new on your case?’ Nate stood up, ‘actually, we think we may have an actually lead on this thing….’ ‘Yeah’ CD interrupted, ‘actually, the victim claims to have received a phone call from him, so we know he hasn’t left town or anything.’ Kate gave her a glance ‘so what, what do you plan to do to get this guy.’ Nate turned to c.d. and said ‘well we talked with the victim, and she agreed to see him again, kinda like a date’ Kate cut him off ‘and then what are you planning to do?’ CD looked up ‘well we were going to watch, see what happens, have her ask him to come to her house, and uhh boom we got him.’ Kate gave her a false grin ‘yeah ok, I don’t think its going to be that easy. Kate walked away, and CD looked up at Nate. ‘Come on, we know this guy raped her, she came right to us after he did it, all we need to do is arrest him and match him with this and we got him.’ Nate said. ‘Yeah tell me about it. But we still need to figure out where this guy is, get him in our sights, and arrest him. We just need to hope that this guy agrees to see her again’ she replied. ‘C.D., he went out with her, he wanted to marry her, and when she didn’t want to, he raped her. Do you really think he not going to come and see her when she asks him to stop by? Come on, this case is as good as solved’ ‘I guess your right…’ CD said.

As the two of them were sitting at their desks filling out some papers, CD looked up at the time. It was noon already. Her stomach felt queasy, she thought it was because she hadn’t eaten, but the thought of eating made her want to puke. Nate noticed her uneasy expression, and asked her if anything was wrong ‘oh no, its nothing.’ CD said, ‘I’m just not feeling that well, maybe I’m coming down with something.’ Nate sat up; ‘you think your sick or something?’ CD also sat up ‘I don’t know, I mean I didn’t get much sleep last night, and I’m usually NEVER sick, and I haven’t eaten a thing all day…’ Nate cut her off ‘oh well there ya go….’ C.D. cut him off ‘no, no it’s not that. I don’t know, I just have this weird feeling. Like I should be somewhere else, or that feeling that you get when your forgetting something…ya know?’ Nate raised an eyebrow, it wasn’t usual for c.d. to give him an answer like that. CD usually has a logical explanation for everything….
A few more minutes went by, and Nate asked C.D. if she wanted to go across the street for something to eat. Even though C.D. still wasn’t feeling too well, she agreed to take her mind off the case. ‘Sure, why not’ C.D. replied as they both stood up and headed toward the door. ‘Hey guys’ jinny said as the two of them walked past ‘hey Jin’ CD said, as they neared towards magda’s desk. ‘Hey, what’s the date today?’ Mag asked to anyone who could provide an answer. ‘Oh it’s the, the 11th’ said Nate. ‘Yeah, the 11th’’ CD stopped dead in her steps and looked at the ground with a terrified look on her face. ‘Uhh, CD? C.D. are you ok?’ Nate asked. CD looked up, ‘did you just say it was the 11th? As in the 11th of October?’ Nate looked up at her, ‘yea, that’s right, the date…. Can we go now?’ C.D. had an unusual expression on her face ‘oh my god, I don’t believe it, I just cant…I mean….’ C.D. walked past Nate and out into the hallway and walked into the bathroom, mag, jinny, and Nate exchanged confused glances. ‘I’m gonna go and see what that was about…’ mag replied. Nate nodded and went across the street to anchorside for a quick meal.
Magda entered the washroom ‘CD?’ she asked, but there was no reply. She turned the corer, and saw C.D. sitting down against the wall. ‘C.D.…what’s going on? Why did you come in here? I…” C.D. cut her off ‘I cant believe I forgot, no wonder I was feeling so different.’ ‘What are you talking about?’ Magda said, she had no idea what was going on. Even though magda and cd weren’t that close, but magda could tell that cd was hurting, and wanted to help out in any way that she could. ‘look cd, I just want you to know that if you ever need someone, im lways here. Don’t ever be afraid to come and talk to me alrite? Now are you going to tell me why you ran off like that? Cd just stared down. She couldn’t tell her why she ran off. The thoghts were running wild through cds head. That day, october 11th ran though her head. The day was so familiar, the day she was raped. She was upset with herself for dwelling on it for so long, she was upset that she had walked out on them and ran away to hide in the bathroom, she was upset she had let it unconsciously affect her. That was the reason she felt unusual that day. Cd didn’t know what to say, she was getting anxious as magda sat next to her, waiting for an answer. If cd was going to tell anyone, she wanted it to be nate. Their relationship was getting more and more intense. Even though she was still seeing brian, she knew cd cared about her more than brian did. Things were just getting too real for her, working on a rape case, and then forgetting on of the most painful days of her life. cd looked up and magda and said ‘mag I really appreciate you being here, but I really just need to be here, by self, just for now. Magda looked at the ground ‘yea,ok, alright. Is there anything else that you need? I mean..anything?’ cd looked at her, her eyes looked so empty. ‘no, no thanks I think im fine. Magda stood up ‘ok then. Just you know…don’t keep yourself down ok?’ CD looked at her ‘actually, there is one thing. Can you come get me when Nate comes back? I mean I don’t want to keep him waiting or anything.’ ‘sure thing CD’ Magda said as she walked out the bathroom, leaving CD alone.

holyy lord.....about one month and long way traveled, i am back from being n th coutry of france...yes i spoke french with the frenchers..in france. and now for somemore WHoa!

CD was still thinking. Not just about the date, but about Brian and her. Lately she doubted her love for him. Sure, they got along great, but there wasn’t honesty in their relationship. She felt like she couldn’t be herself around him, like he wouldn’t understand her if she was to tell him exactly on her mind. She hated that, after Paul she promised herself she wouldn’t get into any relationship unless she cared about a man that truly cared for her. She had doubted that her relationship with Brian was like that, full of trust and honesty and friendship. She thought about Nate, and how close they were getting. She remembered all the times Nate stood up for her, all the times Nate cared about her, just because she was a good friend to him. She remembered how he was willing to give his life for her, and how she could trust him with anything. But most importantly, Nate was her best friend, and she was his. The opening of the door interrupted her thoughts. It was jinny. ‘Hey, Nate’s back. Magda wanted me to tell you.’ CD stood up ‘yeah thanks jinny.’ CD brushed herself off, looked in the mirror, and left the bathroom.
Nate was waiting for her when she came out. He didn’t even want to ask about what had happened. He just figured that if CD wanted to talk about it, she would bring it up. Kate appeared, and told them that the rape victim had called, saying that her rapist was on the way to her house. ‘Come on, let’s get out of here.’ Nate said. CD followed him into the car, and they drove off to arrest the man. The case seemed almost too simple; all they needed to do was arrest this man. They arrived at the woman’s house and sat outside their driveway. Not long after, a man in a blue car pulled up into the driveway. ‘Here we go, another one down, clean and simple.’
The two of them stepped out of the car and began walking towards the man. He turned around, a small grin appeared in the corner of his mouth. The man had to be in his late forties, he was a little heavy set, and was considerable unattractive by all means. ‘Is there anything I can do for you kids?’ The young woman, the victim, stepped out of her house and walked towards the three of them. ‘What’s going on here?’ the man asked. Nate turned toward the young woman, ‘Is this him, is this the man? The woman just glared at him for a few seconds, then looked Nate straight in the face and said ‘yes, that’s him alright. That’s the man that raped me.’ The man began laughing hysterically. “RAPE?!?!’’ haw haw haw…rape? What the hell are you talking about rape?!’ C.D. was still looking down at the pavement. She couldn’t bear to look this man in the face. ‘That’s him, yeah that’s the man.’ The victim stated. Nate pushed the man against the car and began to place the handcuffs on him. It was then that C.D. looked up. As ironic as it may sound, there was something about the man that she found to be awfully familiar. When the man turned around he looked her straight in the eye. C.D. couldn’t believe what she was looking at. Her eyes grew extremely wide as she looked into the man's still smiling face. C.D. had to walk closer to the man to confirm her thoughts. Her soft blue eyes glared straight through the dark, cold eye of the man. She looked into the eyes of a rapist. No, she looked into the eyes of her rapist. Anger surged through her body, to remember this day was enough, but to see the man that raped her was far too much. C.D. freaked out, she hated him, and he was standing there, grinning. He was proud. C.D. turned her body towards Nate, but quickly whipped her body around and punched the man straight in the face. It was an impulse, the only thing that seemed right. The man fell to the ground; her punch had been so powerful it knocked the guy out of Nate’s hands and straight to the pavement. He was SO out cold. Nate bleeped his phone and called for an ambulance. He looked ver at C.D., tears were forming in her eyes and flowing down her face. In the awkward silence that followed, C.D. slowly walked back to the car and sat down. When Nate got into the car he didn’t even need to ask to know that something was EXTREMLY wrong.
