Yep, that's right. It appears to be a part of a special:
"Fall Back Flashbacks" (6 flashback episodes on the night the clocks fall back)

THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULE (posted by Pavanbadal a while back)
10:00PM The Cosby Show "Looking Back" Part 1
Description: The Huxtables reminisce for newlywed Elvin's benefit.
10:30PM The Cosby Show "Looking Back" Part 2
Description: The Huxtables reminisce for newlywed Elvin's benefit.
11:00PM All in the Family "Flashback: Mike and Gloria's Wedding Part 1"
Description: The family recalls the Stivics' wedding.
11:30PM All in the Family "Flashback: Mike and Gloria's Wedding Part 2"
Description: The family recalls the Stivics' wedding.
12:00AM Family Ties "A Word to the Wise Part 1"
Description: The family fills Ellen in on Alex's past.
12:30AM Family Ties "A Word to the Wise"

So the new schedule for that special is:

10:00pm Happy Days
10:30pm All in the Family
11:00pm Coach
11:30pm Family Ties
12:00am Family Ties
12:30am TBA

I find it *very* strange of N@N to have decided to air Happy Days instead of Cosby Show. It always seems like N@N favors Cosby Show over anything...

Yes, Happy Days was just added to the schedule:

Nick @ Nite Fall Flashback episodes have changed to:
10:00PM Happy Days "Our Gang"
Richie's first meeting with gang-leader Fonzie is recalled in flashback.
10:30PM All in the Family "Flashback: Mike Meets Archie"
A flashback story recalls the night that “Meathead” met the bigot (or the introduction of Mike to his future father-in-law).
11:00PM Coach "A Fox by Any Other Name"
Hayden recalls how Tim got his name following the coach's mishap with a hospital clerk and an ensuing baby-naming contest sponsored by an antagonistic sportswriter.
11:30PM Family Ties "A, My Name is Alex Part 1"
Alex reflects on his past and attempts to define his own life following the accidental death of a close friend.
12:00AM Family Ties "A, My Name is Alex Part II"
During these flashbacks, Alex asks the various members of his family how they feel about their lives and about death, and comes to a new appreciation of them as individuals. Though he can relate to their beliefs, he feels that such questions are much tougher for a "special" person like himself. When Alex is finally asked if he believes in God, however, he realizes that he does. With this breakthru, he is able to accept himself, deal with Greg´s death and preserve his friend´s memory by resolving to become the best Alex Keaton he can be.
12:30AM TBA

Don't forget to change the clocks back to 1am at 2am, 3 extra episodes of "Coach" will air in this 25 hour day.
