I thought the movie was pretty good, it did move around in time a lot, but it was interesting.

He was great in the role of Jackie Gleason. I was kind of surprised
to see how Gleason treated his wife though. For some reason I use to think that Gleason was an angel. The movie bought me back down to earth though.........

I forgot it was on. I'm a big Honeymooners fan and would have loved to see it. I did see the previews and thought Garrett looked amazing as Gleason.

I really enjoyed this movie. The resemblance was uncanny. They have the same eyes. The movie held no surprises for me as my husband is a major Honeymooner's fan, and we have books on Gleason's life.
He was enormously talented, but a hard drinker and a womanizer. He was a perfectionist in his craft.
I wouldn't be surprised if Brad Garrett gets an Emmy nomination for this role.
