The end of the original Friday The 13th. Nice music playing, girl survivor in a canoe in the middle of the lake, nothing’s getting to her, cops pulling up on the shore, all is well.

Then boom, creepy kid pops out of the water and grabs her.

That one got me.

My two favorites are the nurse's station scene from The Exorcist III, and the dream within a dream sequence from An American Werewolf In London.
