Did bacon flavored crackers go out of style?

My father has always enjoyed bacon flavored crackers whenever he would eat his snacks of smoked oysters but now it seems that bacon flavored crackers have gone out of style and if you go to any supermarket you'll see that bacon flavored crackers have gone extinct as dinosaurs. I remember my father buying Nabisco Bacon Crackers during the 80's and he really loved them but now bacon flavored crackers are no longer seen on supermarket shelves and are being replaced by wheat crackers and vegetable flavored crackers in addition to saltine crackers and butter crackers like Ritz Crackers and the only bacon crackers my mom got for Dad is Bacon Cheez-Its and my dad thought they were alright but I tried a few myself and you can't hardly taste bacon in them
Why did bacon flavored crackers go out of style and why are they hard to find in supermarkets today?
