Jake Cannavale (Nurse Jackie, The Mandalorian) has been tapped to play Aaron Hernandez’s love interest in the first installment Ryan Murphy’s anthology series "American Sports Story".

Catfish Jean (To Leslie) is set for a key recurring role in "American Sports Story" as Ernest “Bo” Wallace, one of Hernandez’s friends and bad influences.

In real life, Wallace was convicted in 2016 on charges of accessory to murder after the fact in the 2013 shooting death of Odin Lloyd and sentenced to 4 1/2 to 7 years in prison.
