Hi everyone I have been reading stuff on here for about a month or so...I finally decided to join yesterday...I love CATM...I freaked out when I caught it on the weekend marathon...unfourtunetly I tuned in on the Raul epidodes,,,So then I started watching twice a day after that...I would set the alarm and get up to see it and watch it again at 9:00 PM...I'm so glad I found you all...it's been so much fun reading your posts and seeing how we really all think alike it's all about Freddie...And he's in my bedroom twice a day....

Welcome to the Crazy about Freddie, Hubba Hubba club! As Esmerelda said, we have plenty of cold water for bucket throws or showers. I'm a little jealous, though. My TV is in the livingroom, not the bedroom. What an Idea!!!

I think it's on 2 am Pacific where it's 5 AM Est. Confusing! I dreamed another Chico episode the other nite! Chico was in love with a fat girl. Which was cool! Since I'm very sizeable LOL!
I finally got the Satellite & DUAL VCR ready to tape TVLAND today! We have an older C -Band (Big dish) Satellite dish which belong to a late Aunt & Uncle of mine & my cousin gave ti to use ys ago so we'd have satellite. Not cable is out on the part of the road we're on here n hte country, only in the nearby subdivisions. Can't get the paid channels cuz I need a descrambler & can't seem to find one for it. My Aunt & Uncle had one for their satellite but my cousin was using it for his satellite & then it went bad. I used to have the satellite hooked to our VCR & then it went bad & my parents gave us an old VCR of hers which didn't work right on their tv but wirked fine on ours. I never could figure out how to hook the satellite to it. It went bad prompting us to get a new VCR. We also wound up getting a dual VCR where you can make tape copies cuz I'd been wanting one so we can make tapes copies of tapes we or my folks have taped with their VHS-C camcorder & put them on regular VHS tape. I really wanted to feed the satellite into the dual VCR so it wouldn't interfere with what's taping on the regular VCR. I figured out how to do feed the satellite into the regular VCR But not the daul one. Today I finally figured how to feed the Satellite into the dual VCR! So now I can tape CHICO & anything else off of TVLAND & it not iterfere with any programs taped off the regular VCR from regular tv. & My hubby can watch video tapes still even tho I'm taping off of TVLAND. THis is great for taping CHICO. I figured out I can still tape it when I'm on an out of town trip like vacation if I plug the satellite dish into a timer & set it for an hr or 30 mins. Can't leave it on 24/7 for fear of there being a thrunderstorms & it goofing up the satellite.I sure wish the RAUL episodes were gonna be on in the summer, that way if I have to go outta town & the VCR would mess up it wouldn't matter. But noooo the Rauls have to be on soon. ![]() If you can't get TVLAND to tape on your VCR you may want to read the instruction book to see what to do.. . To tape from a satellite dish you may have to line feed it from the satellite to the VCR with cables. You can get them cheap in Radio Shack. Good luck! |
