Sawyer Brown (1986, 1994, and 2005)
Diamond Rio (2000, 2004, and 2007)
Little Texas (1993 I think)

God bless you and each band always!!!

Holly

P.S. I will admit that the first time that I saw Sawyer Brown, it was only for their first few minutes on stage. I was only four years old then and I couldn't take how loud the music was. I saw them all the way through the other two times because I was way older by then.

Yes Caroline , I think they mean singers too. Plus I'm sure Elton had some backup singers or people playing instruments. Like with Willie Nelson, James Taylor and Neil Young who I saw .

You are right that Elton John was a singer and piano player and mostly preformed as a single act, but he also had a band.

The band was originally formed by John in 1970 as a trio, consisting of himself, drummer Olsson, and bassist Dee Murray.
The Elton John Band is the band that backs singer, composer and pianist Elton John on both studio and live recordings. The band has gone through several lineup changes, but Nigel Olsson, Davey Johnstone, and Ray Cooper have been members since 1970, 1971 and 1973 respectively.

Only a true fan will know this fact.
Elton John also joined Billy Joel for tours (exclusively) many years ago (1994, I think)) and lasted for almost 15-16 years.

Thanks!! Believe it or not there is still more ...

From 1978 to mid 80's it seemed like we had a concert to go to every week!
Some of the concerts were outside at "LEGEND VALLEY" (in Thornville, Ohio) with many bands playing on the same day.
