This was brought up in another thread; I thought I'd start a new one just for this. I did a little research. Did I miss anything?

There is, of course, the original Gidget. She's real, folks. Her name is Kathy Kohner. See her story here:

Kathy Kohner huh? She Jewish or German Christian? I just went over to the website about Kathy's 60th birthday.She seems to be both German and Jewish.
