Has anybody bought the new DVD set that came out last week with the 1st season and if so, what do you think of it?

I love it too, even though there are NO extras. SEASON 2 PLEASE!!!!

I have also bought the first season of "Sanford and Son" and I find it very entertaining, and I like it, I wonder when the next set will be realeased, anyways I can't wait 'till TV Land picks the show up in 2003.

How is the first season that entertaining with only Fred and Lamont? There is no Rollo, No Aunt Esther, and No Grady.

I liked those characters and I don't think SAS would have run as long if they had kept the format like that but for that season justr having Fred and Lamont interact was nice. I love the one where Fred goes out for his birthday and just complains all night.
