Gleason's rehearsal method might have seemed unconventional, but it definitely worked well.

I knew Gleason didn't like to rehearse, but I didn't know he limited the other actors' rehearsal time. I had always understood they rehearsed with a stand in for Gleason.

I listen to a podcast on the Honeymooners, and they talk about the bloopers and line flubs on the show. There are a lot of them. But it doesn't matter.
