Default Who hates The Oxygen Channel?

Maybe I haven't gotten into it yet, but the Oxygen Channel seems to be nothing more than a woman's entertainment network and we already have WE (Woman's Entertainment). I fail to understand the prgramming or demographics that the Oxygen channel is trying to generate, but the programming, with the rare exception of the occasional movie or two sucks! And what is with the "Black Bar" that cursed TNN for years? Then they put website URL's on the black bar like it's supposed to be cool, but it's just annoying. Other times, during commercials they highlight the endorced product on the black bar, or the name and year of the movie on the black bar. (Like we are too f*-ing stupid to know the name of the movie or the product in the commercial!-LOL) If Oxygen is trying for innovative TV, they have failed miserably.

Oxygen now has AbFab and O2Be making it the best of the 3 woman's networks! WE has gotten MUCH better by adding 2 guys and a girl and Commited but Lifetime is boring .All they air besides GG and MAY are movies,Not GOOD movies but crappy low-budget original sob-fests! They used to have "Oh Baby" but that show ended after 2 really funny seasons!

WE, IMO, is much worser then Oxygen. At least Oxygen shows some good sitcoms. WE just seems to be . . . there. Not doing much. Just . . . sitting there. *Shrug*

Sometimes I wonder why cable companies waste their analog space with crappy networks like CSPAN, WE, and Oxygen!

Can't they add Noggin, Toon Disney, Hallmark, or anything else?!

I wish Lifetime would get back the rights to "Sisters" again. I really miss that show. I know it's on SoapNet but I don't get that channel. I also liked Lifetime back when it was airing "Moonlighting" and "Thirteysomething," and also the game shows (Rodeo Drive, Supermarket Sweep, Debt, etc..)!!!

OK, on to the original topic, lol. I personally don't have oxygen, and though it airs some good sitcoms I probably wouldn't watch it simply because of some of the stuff I heard they put on the screen. When I'm watching TV, I don't like seeing a bunch of crap on the screen. If they wanna do jokes and stuff like that, put it on their website or something, not in the middle of a flippin' TV show!

Atleast it shows, some classic sitcoms like "Love, American Style", but still its mostly like WE, I think Oxygen should get in the habit at airing more classic sitcoms like "Phyllis", "Rhoda", "That Girl" and "The Mary Tyler Moore Show". But Still, there is not much, hopefully in the future they'll take these ideas into consideration.

WE is actually starting to improve.Oxygen was starting to get worse when it started to run out of shows but now they air AbFab and O2Be.

But the way to deal with Oxygen or Oxigyn as my old science teacher Grady Bailey said is that:

I BREATHE IT.

Amen.
