by Denise Petski August 8, 2024 "Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist" alum Michael Thomas Grant will be joining the 21st season of "Grey’s Anatomy" as the hospital’s new gay chaplain, James, Deadline has confirmed Per ABC‘s character description, “James joins Grey Sloan as the hospital’s openly gay Episcopal chaplain. He holds a special place in his heart for his younger patients, and his warmth, training and spirituality make him comfortable and confident in any situation.
