Remembering Merlin Olsen as FTD Florists spokesman
In the 80's FTD Florists created a clever yet thoughtful slogan in the form of Melissa Manchester's 1978 Through The Eyes Of Love and using a famous celebrity which was Merlin Olsen. Merlin served as FTD Florists spokesman in commercials from the 1980's till 1994 and he was quite wonderful in these commercials and even appeared with country legend Hoyt Axton in a 1992 FTD Florists commercial and it was so funny to watch Merlin give Hoyt flowers
