Hi, I've been looking for the original airings of Young Indiana Jones (1992)
under the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles title with the opening credits/
theme song and "Old Indy" bookends as well. I haven't had any luck there
whatsoever. Those were only part of the original ABC-TV network airings
from what little I remember of it. It was rerun on the Sci-Fi Channel in
the 90's and whether or not they were included I don't recall. They were
released by Paramount on VHS but I'm not sure they were even included.
All there seems to be is the retail release by CBS remastered with only
the movies themselves. I sure haven't found anything close to the originals.
Good luck in your search. I know the feeling all too well....

I've managed to get hold of 7 episodes with the "old indy" segments intact, but I think that might be all that's out there. Maybe we'll get a fully restored release in the future.

I recorded most if not all of the ABC original broadcasts,on VHS at SP speed. I actually just ran across 2 tapes today, but I don't know if they have "Old Indy" as the episode titles aren't written of the tapes.

Are the "Old Indy's" all you guys are looking for?

Old Indy isn't an episode title. The original airings had bookend segments with actor George Hall playing an elderly one-eyed Indiana Jones talking about his adventures. I'd be interested in any episodes you have in this original format.

Yes, I know they aren't called "Old Indy" and the segments bookend the episodes, after all I watched the episodes when I recorded them. I only referred to them as such because that what you guys were calling them. Only brought it up because I happened to run across those tapes yesterday while looking for something else, mistake to do so on my part.

I'm really sorry if I offended you in any way, I misunderstood what you were asking. I really appreciate you taking the time to post in answer to my request.
