Pamela Anderson says her hepatitis C is gone — thanks to some very pricey medical treatment.

"I am CURED!!! - I just found out #nomorehepc #thankyou #blessing #family #prayer #live," the sexy star said over the weekend on Instagram, posting a photo showing herself clearly very happy, and very naked, on a boat.

The "Baywatch"-babe-turned-animal-activist was diagnosed with the disease in 2001, she told Larry King on CNN in July 2002, alleging that she got it from sharing a tattoo needle with ex-husband Tommy Lee, whom she married in 1995. The Motley Crue rocker denied her allegations.

Hepatitis C is a viral infection that affects the liver and can, if left untreated, cause cirrhosis, cancer, liver failure and death. Cirrhosis from chronic hepatitis C infection is the leading reason for liver transplants in the U.S.

In August, Anderson told People that she was going to start a recently approved three-month drug-combo treatment for the disease. "Even though I may have looked confident on the outside, I think it really was a dark cloud that lingered over me," she told the magazine.

The catch? The cost for the regimen can push $100,000.

In her Instagram post, the Playboy model acknowledged the expense.

"I pray anyone living with Hep C can qualify or afford treatment. It will be more available soon. I know treatment is hard to get still...," she wrote before launching into a hashtag explosion: "#dontlosehope #itworkedforme #thereisacure #love #happy #americanliverfoundation #celebration #Idontknowwhattodo #iwanttohelp #cannes #iloveboats #onthesea #free."
