Alex Trebek's commercial legacy
People loved Alex Trebek as the host of Jeopardy but outside of Jeopardy Alex also did commercials and way before Alex Trebek was the longtime spokesman for Colonial Penn Insurance he was already a commercial star. Here's some of the commercials of Alex Trebek I discovered other than the Colonial Penn ones,
1. Sundown Herbal Vitamins, In the 90's Alex became the spokesman for Sundown Herbal Vitamins to promote their new Twist And Learn Label and was quite an expert on these commercials with his smartness 2. The Phonics Game, Alex Trebek promoted The Phonics Game which was a game to improve children's schoolwork with phonics. This commercial aired also in the 90's 3. Wheel Of Fortune/Jeopardy board games, In the 90's Tyco Toys introduced a line of game show board games which featured Wheel Of Fortune and Jeopardy and to honor this board game series Vanna White and Alex Trebek appeared together to promote their new board games and the two of them were so cool in this commercial Alex Trebek may be gone but his spirit is alive in these commercials for all game show fans to see Bestie |
