How long do you all think Law and Order will be on for? I think it'll still be on after ER leaves. The ratings are still great after 12 years or so.

If the writing remains as good as it is and they continue to be able to replace cast members as well as they have (for the most part), I don't see it ending anytime soon. They've stuck to a formula that really works. I too think it will be around after ER. I did watch ER for the first 3 seasons but gave up because I began to dislike the characters. I've been watching L&O since midway through the second season.

Law & Order has better ratings nowadays than it did in its first five seasons. I am a big fan of the show now. I have it set to record on Tivo every week. I like the new D.A., too.

I like the new DA too. The only character I'm lukewarm on is Serena but she was better in the season premier (which was excellent).
Isn't TIVO great?
