Thought I'd let anyone interested know that the "American Justice" episode concerning Jacqueline Dowaliby will be airing tonight (August 2nd). It is on A&E and the time is 7 pm central and will reair at 11 pm central.

The cops really screwed the pooch with this case. They were in over their heads and decided it was the parents and make the evidence and case fit around their theory. The WRONG way to build a case! Now with an actual suspect (who I think is dead), Jacqueline will probably never get justice.
