Dateline vs Philip Fraser's killer? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Do you ever watch a true crime show and 1st) think wow this sounds like an old UM segment from 25 yrs ago? 2) could HE be the uncaught killer from ummm, UM? That's what happened 2 me tonight while watching Dateline. It sounded so much like Phillip Fraser's killer:

1) killer assumed his victim's id.
2) killer is/was overweight.
3) killed in Canada, moved to Seattle.
4) 49 years old...seemed to be old enough to match up!

But, he killed with a knife. Fraser was shot. He would be only 14 years old or so at time of Phillip's murder. Thus not the murderer.
