Right now I am watching the "In Living Color" marathon on FX. I haven't seen "In Living Color" in a long time. I am thinking, does "In Living Color" remind you of "Chappelle show"?
The early seasons of "In Living Color" and "Chappelle show" are very similar. Paul Mooney wrote sketches for both shows, both shows have the f political correctness, take no pressinors in your face attitude. By the way the drug addicted character on the "Chappelle show" is a rip off of the homesless guy Damon Wayon played on "In Living Color". The big difference is that "In Living Color" is an unsomble show that had so many talented preformers that went on to become star, while "Chappelle show" is a one man show, though some of the actors on "Chappelle show" could become stars. I only hope is that "Chappelle show" never becomes as bad as the last season of "In Living Color". |
