What was the purpose of showing 2 wedding themed episodes on MeTV on June 30th?

Brady Bunch showed the pilot and the later episode where everyone assumes Alice and Sam are getting married. Both episodes out of sequence from what they have been showing fir the series.

Gilligan's Island also showed 1 out of sequence episode on the same day. About the Howells thinking that their marriage had not been valid after hearing a faulty radio report.

Apparently it was the Marry Me marathon which I saw during an episode if All in the Family from yesterday.
