My neighbor just embraced me with just under a lb of Wild Sockeye Frozen Salmon filets, they are to die for if you appreciate Quality Fish (Salmon in this case).... Fresh fish is not Cheap and now even costlier, but for just about $13 this is a TREAT....

Let filets thaw out in Refrig and then cook to your heart's desire...DELISH and Healthy....

I love Salmon and always keep few fillets in the freezer. I like to flour them and sauteed it in butter with onions, with side order of rice and lemon. Cod fish filet the same way.

Wild is only kind I will eat, so getting the TJ's filets are a Real Treat, price wise.

Don't have Trader Joe in my neck of wood so get my fish from Kroger or Walmart and most of time they are farm raised. But guessing farm raised fish is still better and healthier than beef or chicken.

TJ's is a "gift"... this Salamon is so delish I can eat it like Sashimi....

Farm raised is raised with many artificial additives, but one does what they can.... good quality chicken and beef is fine in moderation....those perservatives in our foods could be preserving our bodies, what is the Big Truth?????

Golden, next move you do, make sure there is a TJ's in that move.
