On Everybody Loves Raymond, Ray and Debra Barone love each other. But they embody negative sitcom stereotypes that brings out their worst behavior.

To me, Debra didn't deserve Ray's vote after the way that she treated him and if she wasn't so hair obsessed, she never would've been left behind when Ray took off without her that one night. As for the other three things addressed, Ray at least took a stab at trying to help Debra in some way when her period came around. Also, when it was discovered what he had done to the wedding video, he did what he could to make up for it which is also what he tried to do after he didn't save Debra from when she started choking. At the end of that episode, I highly doubt that Debra would've been able to get that splinter out of her hand on her own due to how bad it hurt.

To me, that Christmas photograph didn't have to be done the way that it looked at the end of the episode. Three photographs could've been taken, one of Ray's family with his parents, another one of Ray's family with Debra's parents, and then a third picture could've had Ray's family with both pairs of parents in it.

What Debra did with the kids concerning Ray's behavior was over the line in my opinion as if not listening to him wasn't enough when it came to their home being across the street from his parents.
