I was wondering the same thing.
I have never seen the Edith Death Episode. I saw ABP this week and it involved Stephanie's homework assignment. I assume I missed the episode. |

No, you didn't miss it. TV Land is showing the first season right now, and Edith wasn't killed off until the beginning of the second season. I'd be surprised if they don't show it, unless they only bought a limited number of episodes. But when ABP was shown in syndication here in Boston, it included "Archie Alone".

I used to watch Archie Bunker's Place when it was on CBS. I am not sure they had an ep where Edith actually died. I remember they opened the 1980-81 season with an hour long ep with Stephanie and Archie trying to pick up the pieces about a month after Edith's death. I thought Edith's death was never actually shown.
Say, I'm happy they are finally airing reruns of this sequel show on TV Land. They've played All in The Family reruns to no end long enough. |

You're right, but I think people are referring to "Archie Alone", the grief episode, when they mention the episode about Edith's death. Well, at least that's what I have been referring to

Yeah, that was Archie Alone. It doesn't show Edith's death, but Archie Alone takes place like a month after Edith's death. |
