For write ability, it's pretty hard to beat these:
https://www.dollargeneral.com/produc...-assorted.html But they look like cheap junk. But also at Dollar GeneraI found retractable pens that looked good, but wrote terribly. I found that the core from the good writers fit perfectly inside the good looking shells, so I always stock up on both, and canibalize to get the combination I prefer. I end up with a pen that writes as good as a G2, but looks like it costs much more. I'm also a Sharpie freak, But the all-time best, IMO was the Sanford "Liquid Expresso" with the on-board liquid ink well. Sadly no longer sold, but replaced by the Papermate "Liquid Flair" which is passable, so long as it's the razor point, and not the hi-lighter |
