Does the Chingy song Pulling Me Back sample a song called Portrait Of Tracy?

I was listening to a Now That's What I Call Music album and I heard a rap song by rap artist Chingy called Pulling Me Back that features Tyrese Gibson and when I listened to the song I noticed that the intro samples a song named Portrait Of Tracy and when I looked at the liner notes of the Now album it says it was played by Jaco Pastorious. What's also shocking is that R&B group SWV sampled this same song in their ballad titled Rain. Was Portrait Of Tracy one of Jaco Pastorious's best jazz hits? Because I never knew that Portrait Of Tracy is a popular jazz song for rap artists to sample
