If you are a fan of PBS chances are you might've seen commercials for a company named ADM sponsoring many PBS programs including Nova. In 1996 ADM released a commercial that talked about how food has changed in years set to an animated background and when I first saw this commercial it reminded me of a educational science video college students might see. ADM does not exist today but they were known for the slogan "Supermarket To The World" I used to think these ADM commercials were cool when I would see them on PBS

Archer Daniels Midland also advertised on some of the major network Sunday morning talk shows; most notably, Meet the Press, back when Tim Russert was the host.
As far as I know, the company is still in business. |

ADM "Archer Daniels Midland" is still in business? I didn't even know that because when I would see their commercials on PBS I always thought they were cool and looked like something you watched in a science high school class and this commercial that I found of ADM from 1996 is amazing. Sure wish there were more commercials done like this today
Thank you very much for your amazing reply Stevea you really are marvelous Hawkee |
