My mom started liking Roxette when It Must've Been Love became a hit song from Pretty Woman and Mom became a Roxette fan ever since and I remember getting their 1988 debut album Look Sharp for Christmas after hearing the song The Look in the Cold Case episode Lonely Hearts and I can remember when Roxette came out people compared them to ABBA because they were both Swedish bands. And I can see why Roxette became popular in America because of It Must've Been Love was popular due to Pretty Woman and like ABBA Roxette released albums in Spanish too but I think when Ace Of Base came on the scene in 1993 in America Roxette became #2 in Swedish bands. Was there competition with Roxette and Ace Of Base when Ace Of Base came out in America in 1993?

	__________________ I don't really get out a lot. When I do go out, I couldn't be happier. I love being in a nice milieu. I'm as happy as a clam. Just as long as I'm not in some club playing hip-hop. You hear that sort of thing in a lot of places. That's not my milieu. Rock and roll is good-time music. I love rock. So did my parents.
