I've been wondering lately if Tony Dow's real name is really Tony. I've know a lot of guys whose names are Anthony and they go by Tony for short. Is Tony Dow's real name Anthony?

well i have been on a lot of sites and it said his full name was tony but im not sure

I just checked imdb.com and all it lists is Tony Dow. If Tony's name was really Anthony, I think they would list that he was born as Anthony Dow. I guess it's just Tony.

The encyclopedia, "Contemporary Theatre, Film and Television" (Volume 18), lists Tony's full name as Anthony Lee Dow.
