Default Unusual Holiday Cartoons

Now that Halloween is about a month away, I'm wondering if anyone has some good recommendations for Halloween or Thanksgiving cartoons. I have the Charlie Brown shows, but I'm curious if anyone can recommend any others that might exist...

Thanks!

I know a couple of cartoons that celebrated holidays, Gargoyles "Eye of The Beholder" it was a Halloween episode, 101 Dalmatians "A Christmas Cruella", Alvin & The Chipmunks "Alvins Christmas Carol" they also made a Thanksgiving episode and their halloween episode I think is "Nightmare on Selville Street". I don't know if this is what you meant, if not sorry, but also I know your a Mindy Cohn fan and there will be a new Scooby Doo Christmas Special this December airing on primetime. She is the voice of Velma as you know already.

If you can find it, the "Fat Albert Halloween Special" was pretty good. I don't think it's been broadcast for a while, so I don't know if it is available on video.

I remeber seeing quite a good Casper Haloween show a few years ago called "Casper saves Haloween" or something like that. It was made by Hanna Barbera.

Wait, I remember a really old and obscure one.
"The Halloween That Almost Wasn't." made in the very late seventies/early eighties I would say...
It was a live action special with Judd Hirsch (Taxi) as Dracula and Mariette Hartley as a witch. It also featured other famous Halloween icons like Frankenstein's Monster and the Mummy, but it was strictly played for laughs.

It was very funny.

I just remembered another Hanna Barbera Haloween cartoon, I think it was called The Haloween Tree, I think it was quite good.

Arnold's Halloween is a cool special. I don't know if it's avaliable on VHS or DVD though.

Is that the one with Ted E. Bear? I do agree with you that Fat Albert's Halloween was great. I haven't seen that in years.
