It’s an over the air channel. They haven’t announced what cities and stations it will be coming to yet. I would imagine it would be available streaming on Frndly and Philo since they both have most of the other Weigel networks.

I figured something like this would be launched this year. They should split the network like Nickelodeon, and show cartoons during the day and retro sitcoms at night. Maybe even create some kid friendly game shows in the late afternoon.

They also need to do a Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon special preview on METV to let all the Boomers know about this network.

"Other shows will be sourced from Paramount Pictures, MGM Studios, Terrytoons, Sony’s Columbia Pictures, Comcast’s Universal Studios and Jay Ward Productions, among others."

I wonder if we will get to see Mighty Mouse on the new channel?

"Animation author, history and executive Jerry Beck and voice actor Bob Bergen are joining the new network at launch. Beck will help produce original content intended to expand and enhance the viewing
experience. Bergen — who has voiced such classic animated
characters as Porky Pig, Tweety Bird and Marvin the Martian – will
serve as the network’s signature voice. "

"After the launch on June 25, Weigel will do another promotional push for the new network on Bugs Bunny’s July 27 birthday, Weigel Network Marketing senior VP Will Givens said. Weigel and its partners also plan to present a panel at San Diego Comic-Con later this summer."

It sounds like they are making it available as a FAST channel as well.

Be neat if it would show up on Pluto and Tubi.

I didn't see this post and posted on the Cartoon page. Hope to see the channel as long as it doesn't take over for MeTV or Catchy Comedy.

There are a boat load of over the air retro TV show channels but not cartoon only one. So I'm thrilled to see this becoming available.

Besides Mighty Mouse I'd like to see The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse, Beany and Cecil and The New Adventures of Beany and Cecil, Roger Ramjet, and The Mighty Heroes
