Red face Ewwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man, I did NOT know they were actually going to show Romano getting his arm sliced off, his exposed, bloody stump, and his severed arm. I know ER has had some pretty gross scenes before, but this is the first time the show has succeeded in making me vomit.

Good season premiere though. I'm glad everyone's OK Well, not Romano.

I knew it was coming...as soon as Romano got in the elevator, I covered my mouth and couldn't stop saying "Oh my God"...but sheesh. I didn't exactally know that they were gonna show the rotor hitting his arm...but when it did, I screamed, "OHHHH SHIIIIIT!" But it's not so bad watching it the second time...and at the end, you can see Maura's ass...AAHHH. *covers eyes*

It was obviously fake but still REALLY disturbing. Ugh...it'll be interesting to see how he manages to get through this. Awesome twist to Romano.

I was in total shock when I saw his arm fly off, I mean I knew something bad was coming, but I definitely did not expect THAT. I sat there for a full 2 min with my mouth hanging open just staring at the screen. I can't believe they showed everything, it was really grotesque, even for ER. At first I was like my god of all the things they could have had go wrong the writers picked that? But by the end I realized it was a good plot twist, and maybe this season we will see a new dimension to Romano, which I think is needed for the character. I still think it was a little overboard on the blood and gore, but maybe I'm just weak when it comes to that.

As soon as he bent down to pick up his clipboard right by the helicopter, I knew that was it...haha, it was really gross! I could hear my mom go "OH GOD!" in the other room where she was watching it!! I loved his line earlier in the show too "I expect him to treat these patients like his mother, without the inappropriate touching"! It made me laugh!
