Ok People-for those of you that play basketball-I have a propostion to ask of you.

I am going to try-out for my high school team. I'm an excelent shooter, but I really need to work on my ball handleing skills. If anyone has any tips to help me out, I would really apperciate it!!

Dribble, dribble, and dribble some more.

Seriously, if you are able to handle the ball equally well with both hands then you will have an advantage over many players.

To do this, I will go on about a mile long walk and alternate hands every quarter of a mile or so. You would be surprised the concentration if takes because eventually your brain and arm get tired. Your arm will feel like it wants to fall of the next day. Honestly!

Also, just practice your passing. Remember quick passes are vital. Air it and bounce it, but pass it from your chest as often as possible.
