In my tv watching days, this one above would have NEVER been in my life....most of my life with tv watching was on a 19" screen.

My friend gave me a "modern" tv and I never watch anymore anyway, it's a 48" screen I think.

I know many have small tv's on counter tops in kitchen, another worthless gadget....

I dont understand people who want the biggest display they can get,its too hard to see it all!!

In the 80s we had a 32" CRT and it was just right..... I would say 32" or smaller is good for home use

These days a 32" TV is for a teenager's bedroom. I actually have something with a 7" screen, but it's my old Kindle Fire.

Ah I went and saw an abandoned motel today!!

It was 1 floor and had maybe 10 rooms.... All the doors were open and the glass smashed out in most rooms/ceiling falling in in some spots... (floors caving in others)

What I found inside was a dream!!!

Many CRT sets...... And in room 10 there was a beautiful console set, looked in excellent shape...I wonder if any of it stlll works??

Thats rooms roof is in tact,it hasnt rained inside the room or anything.......

I would love to test some of those sets!!

I also found a phone book from the 90s and some toys.........

A bike was outside standing on its kick stand!!! -- How the hell after all these years is it still standing??

I also found a VCR that was torn to shreads (Opened) and I was curious if there were any VHS tapes in there??

There was a basement and I found the stairs but they didnt look stable or I would have gone down.......

Quite an interesting day!!

If you had one of those in 1948, everyone on your block would be at your house gathered around it.

Yes would have been interesting.........

Here are the 2 TVs in room 10.......... One is just beautiful, push button for all the channels and the other is upside down........ Sad,they probably both work still!! (That room is dry)
