I found a lists of shows that I missed over the years. Here are the following:

1. "The Mickey Mouse Club" (original, 70's and Disney Channel versions)
2. "Sonny & Cher Show"
3. "Late Night With David Letterman"
4. "Tony Orlando & Dawn"
5. "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson"
6. "In Living Color"
