Which of these 80's Muppet shows were better? Fraggle Rock or Muppet Babies?
In my opinion, I am going with Fraggle Rock, because that was a real Muppet show. Unlike Muppet Babies, it was not a cartoon, the Muppets had always been an alternative to cartoons. And most importantly they used the real Muppet voices, not imposter like Muppet Babies. Meaning Fraggle Rock had Jim Henson, Frank Oz, Jerry Nelson, etc. voicing them. |

Fraggle Rock had Jim Henson, Richard Hunt, Jerry Nelson, Dave Goelz, Steve Whitmire,
Karen Prell and Kathryn Mullen. Frank Oz was never part of the Fraggle Rock cast. |

I loved Fraggle Rock. It was an entirely new Muppet universe away from Kermit and his crew. It was very ambitious in scope with many interesting characters and settings. |

Muppet Babies, without a doubt. I thought that show was a genius cartoon how it incorporated real film footage with imagination. I grew up on that show and I credit it for the quirky writer I am today
