During the 80's it seemed that the Peanuts Gang was in a lot of commercials from Chex cereal to Metlife Insurance. It is unknown when the first Metlife commercial with The Peanuts Gang debuted but it showed that The Peanuts Gang were huge superstars in the 80's
Here's some of the Metlife commercials I discovered,
1. Metlife Commercial with Snoopy and Lucy,
In this commercial we see Snoopy as a detective trying to help Lucy find insurance until she discovers Metlife. The commercial is circa 1989
2. Metlife Commercial with Snoopy and Linus,
This commercial from the 90's features Linus with his famous security blanket trying to decide what insurance to get until Snoopy comes and dresses Linus up as a salesman for Metlife
3. Metlife Thanksgiving commercial from 1988,
This commercial aired during November 1988 as a Thanksgiving commercial and featured the Peanuts Gang as they sing a song about Thanksgiving. An interesting fact about this commercial is at the end it says "Happy Thanksgiving From Metlife" rather than Get Met It Pays. If you are a Peanuts fan these commercials are an awesome piece of nostalgia. And remember "Get Met It Pays

I loved these so much! Anything with the Peanuts gang gets my attention! I miss these and I wish they'd bring them back!
