Why were all the engagements so short?
Not just M3S but all sitcoms. Mike/Sally were over a year. But Robbie, Chip, Steve, even Fergus were all only a few weeks. It's like old TV shows didn't like to write people to be engaged.

Even a tart in a car with Wayne Rooney would take more time going down than Katie or Polly. We don't know yet about Dodie and Ernie or Greg and Marcia.
