2/18/2024 2:19 PM PT Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested for a suspected DUI ... TMZ has confirmed.

Online records show Bryan, 42, was booked by La Quinta Police early Saturday morning for driving under the influence with three or more priors. He was also booked for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.

The officers say they spoke to the driver -- later identified as Bryan -- who allegedly showed signs of impairment leading to his arrest. Bryan's next court date is set for April 23.

Lane County Sheriffs Office This marks just the latest in a long string of legal issues Bryan's faced over the last few years. ZTB was arrested back in 2020 for allegedly strangling his then-girlfriend ... he pled guilty the following year to menacing and assault in the fourth degree.

And, just last year, Zachery was arrested last summer after police got a call about a dispute between a male and female.

TMZ INVESTIGATES TMZ Studios Bryan had left the scene of the alleged incident but was later tracked down and arrested for felony assault, in violation of the Abuse Prevention Act. He reportedly pled guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree in October and was sentenced to seven days in jail.

We've reached out to Bryan ... so far, no word back.

Zachery Ty Bryan Arrested For DUI...Tells Cops He Drank All Night

Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested ... with cops booking the former "Home Improvement" star with DUI and driving without a license -- and, the whole interaction was caught on police cameras.

According to the arrest docs, the former child star was approached by Oklahoma police at approximately 6:47 AM on Friday ... when cops say they made contact with Bryan who was fast asleep in the back seat.

^^^ What in the world is wrong with him? I just checked his Wikipedia page and for the past four years, it's just been one thing after another with him! I pray that he gets whatever help is needed soon. He has seven kids to set an example for.

P.S. I never knew that he had so many kids which includes two sets of twins. The first set was with his first wife and then he has another set with his current wife.

Zachery Ty Bryan Arrested for Domestic Violence, Again

Zachery Ty Bryan is starting 2025 in the worst way possible, because the guy's got another arrest on his record ... this time for alleged domestic violence.

The "Home Improvement" star rang in the new year by getting busted in South Carolina for second-degree domestic violence ... according to online records.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops in Myrtle Beach responded to a residence on Jan. 1 for a domestic issue, and when police arrived they determined Zachery had gotten into a physical fight.

Bryan was ultimately arrested and hauled off to the Horry County Jail ... he is currently still incarcerated. His bond's been set at $10,000.

TMZ obtained Zachery's mug shot, and he has cuts on his cheek, chin and lips -- plus a red mark on his forehead.

This is Zachery's third arrest in the past 18 months ... as we've told you, he was also busted for DV in July 2023 in Oregon, and in February 2024 he was arrested for DUI in California and hit with a felony charge.

We reached out to Zachery's camp ... so far no word back.

Zachary Ty Bryan's most recent arrest has revealed troubling allegations.

More details have come forward following the former Home Improvement star's January 1 arrest for domestic violence.

According to TMZ, the alleged victim told police in Myrtle Beach, SC the 43-year-old actor punched her in the face multiple times.

She also said the trouble star, with whom she shares a child, put her in a choke hold, cutting off her breathing and making her fear for her life, according to the police report.

Bryan was arrested on charges of second-degree domestic violence.

If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and/or a fine of $2500 to $5000, according to South Carolina law.

Bryan, who starred as oldest son Brad Taylor on Home Improvement for eight years, was arrested for domestic violence in Oregon in 2020, in which he was also accused of assault and strangulation, and other serious crimes.

In a deal worked out with prosecutors, Bryan pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors and was sentenced to three years of probation, and ordered to attend a violence prevention program.

He was arrested again in July 2023 for felony assault in violation of Oregon's Abuse Prevention Act.

In order to avoid 19-20 months of jail time, Bryan pleaded guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree.

The deal called for 36 months of supervised probation, seven days in jail and a set of conditions, including no contact with the victim.

He was also ordered to undergo alcohol and substance abuse treatment, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

It was unclear how his most recent arrest might affect the actor's probation in Oregon.

Bryan posted $65,000 bail after he was arrested in La Quinta, CA in February 2024 for DUI.

After his October 2024 arrest for driving under the influence in Custer County, Oklahoma he was released on $25,000 bond.

Bryan will next appear in court on the South Carolina domestic violence charges on March 28.
