Hey, I got a bunch of riddles, and if you want want a challenge, try em out! Some of them might be easy, but I admit I had a hard time on them. I promise no "Pig + ? = Cow" tricks though.

If you get any right, you get a pack of Juicy Fruit.

1. What unusual phenomenon is capable of speaking in any language?

2. A barrel of water weighs 20 pounds. What do you have to add to make it 12 pounds?

3. Before Mount Everst was discovered, what was the highest mountain on Earth?

4. what word starts with an "e," ends with an "e." and usually contains one letter.

5. Forward I am heavy, but backward I am not. What am I?

6. He has married many women, but has never been married. Who is he?

7. How many bricks does it take to complete a building made of brick?

8. How many of each animal did Moses take on the ark?

9. How many times can you subtract the number 5 from 25?

10. If you have it, you want to share it. If you share it, you don't have it. What is it?

11. In Okmulgee, Oklahoma, you cannot take a picture of a man with a wodden leg. Why not?

12. The more you have of it, the less you see. What is it?

13. The more you take, the more you leave behind. What are they?

14. The one who makes it, sells it. The one who buys it, nevr uses it. The on who uses it, never knows that he's using it. What is it?

15. What can go up a chimeny down, but can't go down a chimney up?

16. What crime is punishable if attempted, but is not punishable is committed?

17. What happened in the middle of the 20th century that will not happen again for 4,000 years?

18. What is the center of gravity?

19. What question can you never honestly answer "yes" to?

20. You can't keep this until you have given it.

Some of them have been used on here, but I just typed out the whole page from the book. And please try not to answer more than 3 at a time so more people can get a chance. And Jenny, you can only answer one.

Cause You'll answer them all right and the fun will be ruined.

Actually, Moses didn't take any animals onto the ark. That was Noah.

Moses killed the giant Goliath with the slingshot.

Two correct. And the thing about #17 is that,well, even my Physics teacher couldn't find out. It was teh only one we were stumped on. It makes sense though, unless someone has a better answer.
