The things that I enjoy about watching Adam 12, first off it's the cars, todays classics on every corner, back then they were regular cars but today they are hard to find classics. I enjoy the simplicity of the way things were back then. The buildings, the way things were made. Wood paneling, mid century modern buildings. The chemistry between Maloy and Reed. Kids on Schwinn Stingrays, another classic that is hard to find these days. I own the entire series on DVD and I never get bored watching them. California in the 60s and 70s, I was there when I was a child beautiful state. Anyone have a favorite episode, I particularly like the episodes with Wells, his cowboy style of police work cracked me up. Also, remember the blue Corvette that Reed drove in a few episodes, definitely a classic! Ever notice that in some episodes a guy who once played a cop in the earlier episodes was a criminal in a later episode, I forgot his name, pretty funny. Anybody got any interesting tidbits about the show, chime in! Glad to be here!! 😊

Seeing L A in that time era is a great time capsule The cars, the mini skirts, the hippies on Sunset Blvd, the drug culture, bunko scams ... SO MUCH exposed in Adam 12 & Dragnet I actually look up some of the address's on the shows and compare them on google maps - lol |
