An I Love Lucy Valentine’s Day:

(Lucy & Ethel are having coffee at Lucy’s house.)

Lucy: “What a trip to Las Vegas that we had to see the Super Bowl.”

Ethel: “I’m surprised that Ricky didn’t yell at you louder than he did. Is he still mad at you?”

Lucy: “Yes. I wanted to be on stage with him and Taylor Swift. I didn’t know that I had too much to drink while I was on stage with him and that i was gonna embarrass him.”

Ethel: “By the way did you see how Fred looked at Taylor? I thought his eyes were going to fall out.”

(Ricky comes by.)

Ricky: “Hi Ethel!”

Lucy: “Hello Ricky.”

Ricky (angrily): “Hello.”

Lucy: “Are you still mad?”

Ricky: “Yes I am. You were responsible for ruining my performance with Taylor. Unlike Taylor I have a hard time Shocking It Off.”

Lucy: “You mean Shake It Off.”

Ricky: “I don’t care how she does it. You better not ruin my Valentines Day show at the club…and you can’t be in it.”

Lucy: “Oh Ricky! Why not?”

Ricky: “Never ask me that when I’m in this condition.”

(Ricky leaves.)

Lucy: “Ethel, I’m going to join Ricky on stage if it’s the last thing I do. It’s Valentine’s Day themed so I will go dressed as one of his female cupids.”

Ethel: “Lucy, you got some tenacity. If you think Ricky will like this, you are right out of your mind.”

Lucy: “Oh Ethel, I won’t embarrass him.”

(The night of the show at the Club Babalu, Ricky is with Fred.)

Fred: “Hey Ricky, too bad that Taylor isn’t here.”

(Fred whistles. Ricky laughs.)

Ricky: “On a side note, this show is being shown on YouTube. I so hope that Lucy doesn’t embarrass me.”

(Meanwhile, Lucy is with Ethel in the dressing room unbeknownst to Ricky and Fred.)

Lucy: “Ethel, I’m so nervous about this show, I’ve been drinking wine. Don’t worry, I won’t get drunk. This is my night that I will be FAMOUS.”

(By the time, Ricky does his opening number, Lucy is now drunk. She goes on stage as one of the female cupids which surprises Ricky and inadvertently embarrasses him by getting butt naked. The camera pans over so people won’t see the nakedness. Everyone is embarrassed. Later on Ricky confronts Lucy who is now sober.)

Lucy: “Ricky, calm down.”

(The Mertzes join in and all three of them chase after Lucy who tries to defend herself in hilarious fashion by using a cushion as a shield.)
