Hi, just saw this post. I'm also looking for the 2-part episode of Name Of The Game, I Love You Billy Baker Parts 1 and 2 which was Tony Franciosa's last episode of the series. They are two of the 13 so far unaired episodes of NOTG on US TV in syndication because of "clearance" issues. At present, from 4 different collector sets I have 53 episodes of NOTG with
at least 11 others from collectors, making a grand total of 63 complete
episodes and 1 partial episode from Season 3 that is missing the ending.

I am also missing 11 other episodes of NOTG from Seasons 2 and 3.
Titles upon request. Any assistance you can give me would be most
greatly appreciated.

I have all of those NOTG episodes from the 4 collector sets I have bought online in past (Sell.com/the now-defunct Ioffer/Etsy). Just got the following episodes from a UK collector and a NOTG fan in the US on Facebook but they are not in very good shape:

Season 1-
Lola In Lipstick (Gene Barry) (film) (digital TV format-black bars at top & bottom of the screen)
The Revolutionary (Gene Barry) (same)
The Suntan Mob (Robert Stack) (same)
(this gives me all of Season 1)

Season 2-
The Prisoner Within (Tony Franciosa) (same)
The Power (Robert Stack) (really bad shape, barely watchable) (Full Screen)
The Skim Game (Robert Stack) (digital TV format, black bars)
Man Of The People (Gene Barry) (Full Screen)
Echo Of A Nightmare (Robert Stack) (Full Screen) (Cozi TV airing)

Season 3-
The Savage Eye (Robert Stack) (digital TV format, missing episode title/
guest stars/producer-writer credits, starts at "Directed by....", missing
beginning scene) (found that on Youtube)
The Broken Puzzle (Gene Barry) (digital TV format)
and an incomplete version of Battle Of Gannon's Bridge (Robert Stack)
from film, digital TV format, missing the second half (missing film reel)

Unfortunately, the 2 part Billy Baker episode is not among these.

There are 13 NOTG episodes from Seasons 2 and 3 that are presently still missing and unaccounted for that were never shown on either Encore Mystery (also now defunct) channel or Cozi TV due to the above aforementioned "clearance issues" involving background music ownership rights which incidentally prevented the attempted 2014 official Season 1
NOTG DVD release by the currently closed Timeless Media Group that
was cancelled by Shout Factory in 2016 when they bought out TMG.
These 13 episodes (mentioned in my previous post) would only be
available from either film prints or 80's TV syndication broadcasts.
The 2-part Billy Baker episode is included in the missing 13, alas.

Somebody out there has got to have the complete version of I Love You Billy Baker Parts 1 and 2 because there are only clips of it posted on Youtube.

So far I have not found either those or the remaining 11 missing episodes
(counting the incomplete Battle Of Gannon's Bridge from Season 3,
the count would be adjusted to 14 episodes; it might as well be 14
since the second half is missing from it).

Those 14 episodes are among the episodes with "clearance issues" regarding background music ownership rights that can't be shown on TV in syndication. At my count there are 41 total. The other 35 have been shown on either
Encore Mystery channel (kaput) or Cozi TV (which dropped NOTG from
their program schedule, hasn't been shown since the early 2000's).
