Default Today at the hospital...

I volunteer, but I think you all knew that. Well...anyways... I worked tonight, and I had to feed an older man. It would all have been fine, but his "friends" came to "visit" him. Hmm...doesnt sound bad, does it?? It was! They all met there, and they talked about what little Julia was doing, if Sandy was dating...whatever they wanted to. They completely ignored the man that they were visiting!!! That pissed me off so bad! Wanna know what was really bad?? One of the men that was there had just gotten a kidney from this guy! Ugh...people make me so mad!

OMG, I hate hospitals and I hate the stories that usually go with it!!! Yeah, but you know AliciaKeysForever, lots of old people are like that, they probably didnt even know what they were doing...still pretty rude though!!!!

~°~RockAngel89~°~, UGH, Im very sorry for you and youre family. Best of luck to your mother! My mother had breast cancer, but we got it in time and had no problem. (No chemo, but she had to have her breat removed and replaced.) Im sure she'll be fine.

Good luck to your mom, Sarah.....

And Kayla, ugh, I just hate it when people omit other people. It makes me so mad. Especially if they are old

kayla- i know exactly what you mean, thats sooo annoying. i volunteered at a nursing home last yr for a few weeks and that drove me insane the way some people will come and "visit" but never really talk to the person theyre visiting.

sarah- chemo is rough- i remember going to see my cousin when she was having it- not fun. the side effects are almost worse than the disease itself. but if its helping the tumors thats some reassurance. hope everything goes as well as it can for her.

Yea, in Japan, they actually treasure and care for their old. Why can't America be like that? -sigh-

I was being serious. The topic was about neglecting the old and I said that in Japan, they care for their old and don't treat them like shít. So not really random.
