Are some of the roads unpaved?
First season.
The one where the neighbors get together to paint a fence and do some cleaning up. Also, the one with the pony. It sure looks like dirt on the roads to me. |

Also there is a slightly later episode where Chip leads a little girl up a hill and back to her house. These also look like dirt roads, but it could be construction.
