F.D.R. The Last Year (1980) TVmovie starring Jason Robards.
No retail release. Apparently made for NBC. I've seen screenshots of a pricey bootleg with the History channel screen bug, but I'm not sure the seller is reliable.

I searched the library website earlier and didn't find it, so if you saw it listed, can you post a link to it? Although they probably won't loan out whatever media they have it on. Another library has it on vhs, but won't loan it out.
