Default Tricky Question-What person on the Cosby Show did we always hear about but never saw?

Let's see if anyone knows who was the person we heard about on the Cosby Show all the time but was never seen on the show. Who is this person?

Kenny's brother?
I was always hoping that Eunice Shantilly would make an appearance though.

Another person that we seem to hear about a few times and never seen is, Bridget, Jeffery's wife. Whenever he visits he seems to somehow bring her up. For instant in the Cliff's mistake ep he brought her up.

We also see Clair's sister in two ep, but they keep bringing her up again and we never see her again. In one ep, I think it is the one when they hold a court thing in the house because of Theo's lying. Rudy says that Aunt Sara (Clair's sister) called. Then in the eight season, when Clair finally gets her own room, She calls her sister up. The ep when Theo's friend gives his girlfriend a stolen jewlery. And they are in the basement, and Cliff says that his wife is with his sister-in-law tonight. Meaning Clair is with her sister tonight.

She was a old girlfriend of Cliff Huxtable in highschool. But i don't know why someone mentioned her because she was only mentioned one time. Kenny brother was always talked about that's why i wanted to know why they didn't create a character for Kenny's brother

I'm glad we never got to see Kenny's brother - the character was so much more effective being left up to the viewer's imagination. Like Maris on Frasier, or Vera on Cheers etc..

I disagree because it's pointless to hear about someone and know the character will never appear. The one time i thought i was going to see him is when kenny asked Clair are there any job openings at her law firm because his brother loss his job. So i was saying to myself-I finally get to see Kenny's brother but-it never happen.

I mentioned Eunice Shantilly because even though she was a woman from Cliff's past...the sheer mention of her name infuriated Clair, and to me that meant she was of some importance( It was nice to see Clair a little jealous and to know that the Huxtables had lives before marriage, children, etc.) By the way...she was mentioned on more than one show.

Sorry I didn't say Kenny's brother...It was really late when I answered(and Eunice Shantilly was a joke). I just didn't think of Kenny's brother at the time. I must admit I liked the fact that they never showed him. I agree with Moe that his character was more effective that way!

We didn't need to see the character anyway.. it was all about Kenny conveying his brother's character to the others.. And it was ultimately just one of those great running jokes that were consistent for almost the entire run of the show..

She was brought up more than once. In 1990 and in the early years of the show.
