Default Flashbacks of interesting topics on this board

What are some of you favorites? Mine is when everyone went into a frenzy about Jo dying in the reunion. Another favorite is when I held the contest and one of the members of this board who will remain nameless(LOL) thougt that I was pulling a scam and other members along with other members came to my defense. Those are just some of the things that I remember. I know everyone used to complain about Nick airing "Facts" only
once a night. Let's do like they do on TV and flashback to the good pl' days. For you members who are verterans to the board, let's hear some comments.

The reunion of the FOL reunion. Even though I was like the only one who didn't get to see the fandemonium, it was still a great weekend with the reunion and all.

All of the hullabaloo about Lisa's cross-country adventure. There were posts everyday about "Where is Lisa now..." and "I saw a minivan with bikes and a California license plate at Long John Silver's and I just KNOW it was Lisa ordering the fish sandwich with extra tarter sauce..." and so on.

Granted, I was on of those who read everyday and followed the journey, but it was still sometimes comical about how people were so sure they saw Lisa at a Starbucks, a Cracker Barrell, a Wal-Mart or some other place. Granted, lots of people on here (not myself) actually did see her speak in various places, but come on...

Good times...

I loved it when there were about 10 of us who would get on every night after both episodes and critique the episode down to every line. That was amazing fun.

There was also the entire big deal over Nancy should have her own board and that got way crazy.

Then the Lisa impersonator introduced herself...(blah)

I also liked the really long list we made of signs you're obsessed with FOL. Kim and I started it thinking it wouldn't go far, but dang, there were over 200 things at least.

Fun times...

I remember when Lisa said something on her website about her relative, Nanny, being sick, and someone misread it as Nancy, and we all thought there was something wrong with Nancy and everybody freaked...lol, that was funny.

My favorite post was the one that went if you could pick the cast for fol who would be who or if you would make a new fol show what would it be like and who would be in it.

I also like the ones about the reunion and everyone getting upset because Nancy was going to die and how stupied it was to have the plot be about a death.

I liked the one that TJ posted about the reunion and we got to pick where the last big scene should take place that was awsome that we got to be a voice for the reunion.

I thought those comments were really funny. Remember how someone would get all upset if a bad word was spoken about Nancy? I also remember people claiming to have jumped up and screamed because they found out that NAN was putting "Facts" back on 2wice an evening. I also remember the first "FOL" survivor game 2 years ago from this month.

Talking

I've been here two years, and there's been tons that I'm fond of.

There was actually a period of time (November 00' -- February 01') when this place was crackin'. I'd like to call it the golden age.

Like ks said, about a bunch of people coming on here after a night of good episodes. Remember the night when Blair got into the car accident? Or when Jo punched Blair in the "Best Sister" two parter?

Remember "The All Time Rick Haters Club"? I'm particularly fond of that one, since I started it!

Oh, and the Nancy topics! Those were heated. Pages and pages of banter.

Gosh, I miss those days.

Wow, the hype leading up to those episodes was so crazy! I remember that the Accident episode along with Jo's wedding aired in the same night and the boards were rockin' about those episodes for hours. Honestly, there were like so many posts in those 3 or 4 hours. Then there was also the time when the 4 Musketeers was aired and everyone was expecting the best FOL ever...

Dang, those times were fun. What became of Coily and TVAddict anyway? Coily couldn't STAND Rick and TVAddict just knew how to talk about FOL.

Fun stuff.
