Not me though. The catagories are way too easy in the Pyramid round, your allowed to be too descriptive (in the original version, you could give only a list in the bonus round) and I don't care for the "modernized graphics" Donny Osmond is no Dick Clark. I just see this as tampering with a classic. There is only one Pyramid and that is on Game Show Network.

The new Pyramid is doing MUCH better! The bonus catagories are harder now and they are allowing less discriptive clues (very similar to the Dick Clark version now) Donny Osmond still is no Dick Clark, but he is doing well with the show on it's own merits. Just please DON'T dumb-down the catagories for today's younger generation and you could have something that could last for a long time. If I could give the classic Pyramid a 10/10, when the new version started, I would have given it a 5/10. But, now, the new Pyramid is a 7/10 IMO and is doing very well.

It's not as good as the original with Dick Clark, but I love the set of this, and the lighting design is worthy of an emmy nomination. Donny is just totally type-cast, and can't go anywhere without being noticed as he was in the 70's...and that kinda ruined it for me...but I still thought it was fine.

I like the new Pyramid too. As it's been said above, Osmond sure isn't Clark. However, I think he does a great job anyway.

Here I go again, being the oddball.
I like Donny better than Dick. Donny's ego isn't taking up the whole room. I'd much rather watch the new version than the old. They just need bigger celebs... |

My mom said that just today about needing bigger celebs. You don't know too many of them that show up on the show. |
